Now you've finished a 5K, and can go from there. If you want to let it rip on the next one, you can...and w/ less people you can certainly get a PR. It should be exciting time; you can learn about yourself, test your limits, find how you race best, etc.

~concrete angel~https://www.blogger.com/profile/10793910675455520861noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15140645.post-63069879500865574462007-05-19T21:49:00.000-06:002007-05-19T21:49:00.000-06:00I loved 10ks once I moved up from the 5k.panasonic...I loved 10ks once I moved up from the 5k.

panasonic massage chairsAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15140645.post-82226043660674321512007-05-17T21:44:00.000-06:002007-05-17T21:44:00.000-06:00wow, way to go, that's awesome!!!wow, way to go, that's awesome!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15140645.post-51567702241614669702007-05-16T19:35:00.000-06:002007-05-16T19:35:00.000-06:00Nice job! You already know my theory about going out as fast as possible for as long as possible until you feel sick, but you might not want to try that for awhile.

Take care.robtherunnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05066981363064781863noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15140645.post-3334314757386803662007-05-14T14:08:00.000-06:002007-05-14T14:08:00.000-06:00Congrats to you! It was a spectacular event and enormous response of people.

I was registered and attended with my two girls (9&11).

I enrolled in the 5K walk because I knew my girls and I would be at different paces if we ran and I wanted to finish together.

I saw a group of people dressed as super heros. I stopped to talk to them a bit before the race. Too short, hardly get going and it's over. 10K is a nice distance where you can put in a solid effort. Give it a try!

You got a great time for your first time out and especially in that crowd - way to go!Backofpackhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13779487553272296752noreply@blogger.com
