Can we make it three?

I keep a training log of what I do, followed by some general comments. For two days in a row now, I've had "pain free" workouts. Leg feels great. Knee feels really good. Lower back pain is non-existent.

I write, "I feel like ME again!"

And in case you're wondering... no little red pills, no red wine and no tequila (which is always my preferred pain killer, though not many people understand why...)

Keep your fingers crossed for me... Maybe we can make it three days in a row??

Sarah, that is awesome. I've got fingers and toes crossed.

How about while I'm crossing my fingers that I just wish that the last day of pain is behind you.

Three times a charm!

Pain free is good! Perhaps also a touch less stress in your life right now to aid the healing process? I'm not saying ... I'm just saying ... Carry on healing! (Oblique, British-type reference ...)
